Dutch Growth Fund Programs: The application plan must be concise, but the work packages are enormous. Barnebies was asked to make sense of the coherence between deliverables, objectives, and responsibilities. We started with a Logical Framework Analysis, tackled a specific work package, and then… a staffing gap emerged at the client. Barnebies took over the program management: from supervising assignments at CE Delft, Dialogic, and SEO Economic Research to developing a dashboard for a website that displays all data on the Dutch knowledge infrastructure for hydrogen.
