Andreas Ligtvoet is a versatile researcher, consultant, and policy analyst with over twenty years of experience. With a broad background in science, technology, and policy, he has contributed to initiatives in energy, sustainability, and innovation. As a Principal Consultant at Technopolis Group, Andreas led major projects on the green economy and technological foresight. His work included water safety programs, energy transition studies, and the development of nuclear knowledge infrastructure.

He earned his PhD at Delft University of Technology, where he conducted research on collaboration within large industrial networks. Since then, he has focused on responsible innovation and developing long-term energy strategies. Andreas has extensive experience managing multidisciplinary teams and complex projects across Europe.
